Questions before you buy
Is this a physical book?
No. This is a digital download — three PDF files you print at home. Nothing ships to you. The download link arrives by email within seconds of your order.
What do I need to print it?
Any home printer and standard US Letter paper. It is designed to look right in plain black and white, so you do not need colour ink. If you would rather have it bound, any print shop will spiral-bind it for a few dollars.
Does it work for both grandmothers and grandfathers?
Yes. The questions are written to work for either, and for more than one. Print it as many times as you like.
Do I have to print it?
No, but it works better on paper. A phone or laptop between the two of you changes the conversation. And their handwriting on the page is part of what you are keeping.
What if they do not want to answer?
That happens, and it is covered in the conversation guide. Some questions take two or three attempts across a year, and some never get answered. Skipping is allowed and expected.
How long does it take?
As long as you want. Some people do four questions in an afternoon and return to it for months. It is not built to be finished in one sitting.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If the download does not work or something is wrong with the files, email us and we will fix it.
